Makeup Routine - Winter Edition

Hallo Guys!
Today I decided to show you my makeup routine - winter edition, I thought that it could be a good idea to do when we are in the winter time of year. A little disclaimer I haven't taken a picture with me where I'm wearing the look, but I wanted this up and it is a Sunday and I'm not wearing any makeup. But if you want me to make a New Years Eve look I will take some pictures of me with the look:)
No more now I just want to show you my makeup routine. Lets start!

The first thing I always do is take my Seaweed mattifying day cream. I do this so it's easy to put my foundation on. And who wants a dry skin? Not Me!

The foundation I use the Match perfection from Rimmel London in colour 100 ivory.
I like this but I need to find one that is more covering because right now I'm breaking out alot:(

Now to the most fun part I think you do when you put makeup on - Eyeshadow!
This palette is from Elf called 50PC Makeup artist palette and there are so many colours to choose from. But i tent to go to the natural colours. Here are the steps I do them in.
1. This is my base colour I use over the hole lid.
2. I put this colour in the crease.
3. I blend in to the outer corner of my crease to make it look smokey.
4. In my inner corner to brighten the eye and on the brow bone.

Back to the same pallet where the eyeshadows came from because in this palette there are also blushes and bronzers. I don't use bronzer that much in the winter time. But I use blush, and as you can se where the white star is, is that one I use the most. It's such a pretty colour on your cheeks for Fall and Winter.

Then it's time for the eyeliner from MaxFactor, I'm not the best to it so I usually use it on my upper and lower waterline. (It's in the black colour)
And the mascara just makes the look much better, and before I put mascara on I curl my lashes. The mascara I use is from L'oreal called Volume Million Lashes, I've used this for a year on the 24th (I have changed it up over the year)

Now it's to the lips. I really like red lips for Fall and Winter. So the first one is from the Rimmel London collection with Kate Moss in the colour 01, it's such a deep but bright red colour.
And for a more settle red lip is my lip balm from The Body Shop in cranberry. I don't like the smell but when it's on you don't smell it.
Here are some pictures with me with the lip balm and lipstick:
1. picture is the lip balm and the 2. picture is the lipstick

To top of my look I love to spray the Justin Bieber perfume Girlfriend on. It just smells wonderful:)

I hope you liked this post, because I enjoyed making it.
Love and Kisses Sophie
Till next time
Good Luck
<3
